Panel Discussion

We pray this Panel offers relevant counsel to some of the issues we face as women and, more specifically, how God has shaped our perspective on Eternity.
VICKI BEAUCHEMIN
Vicki Beauchemin was born and raised on the east coast, in a Roman Catholic family, but the Lord was pleased to save her as a teenager in 1972.  Upon coming to Michigan for grad school she became involved in the Reformed Baptist Church of Grand Rapids (now Grace Immanuel Reformed Baptist Church) where she met and married Keith.  In 1991 they moved to the Detroit area for Keith's job, and became part of the Grace Baptist Church of Canton, where they raised their three children.  Having recently retired, Vicki enjoys having extra time for needlework, reading, traveling and gathering with friends.
HEATHER MULLER
Heather has been married to her husband, Carl, for 39 years. The Lord has blessed them with 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys playing the piano, home and hospitality, and spending time with family. She can't get enough of walks in the great outdoors, and in this latter stage of life, has started enjoying birds as well as adventures in travel.
BECKY SAVASTIO
Becky Savastio was born in 1965 and had the tremendous blessing of being raised by godly parents who taught her the Word of God from her earliest days. The Lord saved her when she was young and in pursuit of training to serve Him overseas she attended Columbia Bible College. It was there that she met Jim and the course of her life changed! They were married in 1989 and moved to Louisville, Kentucky in 1990 where Jim took up pastoral ministry at the new Reformed Baptist Church. They have been privileged to worship, fellowship, grow, serve and “do life” with this body of believers for over 30 years. The Lord has blessed them with four children (plus three more by marriage) and three grandchildren, all of whom bring great joy to their lives.
SHIRLEY VANDERWALL
Shirley is a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, former elementary schoolteacher, and a child of God. She relishes time with family and friends, and in her spare time enjoys piano music, quilting, and reading.  She has been a caregiver for her husband, Ken, who lost his eyesight 35 years ago, and had other challenges along the way.
